Air conditioning and doors

• The air conditioner remote control allows separate control of both units.
• The doors on the ground floor (including the exit to the outside) lock by lifting the handle upwards and then turning the key.

Pets

• Pets must be kept on a leash within the property area, regardless of their size or behavior.
• If the pet is small and you prefer not to use a leash, we recommend carrying it in your arms.

Quiet hours

• Please observe quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Additional information

• If you wish to invite more guests than stated in the reservation, prior agreement with the hosts is required – regardless of whether they stay overnight or just visit briefly.
• For visits without overnight accommodation, bedrooms are not intended for changing clothes or resting.
• Please do not enter the second floor wearing shoes and take care of the furniture and premises.
• The reservation is valid only for the period specified in the booking.
• Early arrival or extended stay is possible only by prior agreement – an additional fee applies for each extra hour.

Before departure

• Before leaving, please leave several windows slightly open to ventilate the premises.
• Please close the roof windows and do not leave them open.
• Lock the doors and place the key in the designated key box.

Sauna and jacuzzi (paid service)

• Sauna and jacuzzi are provided as a single combined service – the entire area is booked.
• The booking is valid for 24 hours – from 4:00 PM to 4:00 PM the following day.
• On the last day of your stay, the service is available until departure – 11:00 AM.
• Prices are not calculated separately, regardless of whether you use both services or only one.
• The price is determined based on the total number of guests staying at the property, not on how many actually use the service.

Jacuzzi – hot tub

• Before use, briefly turn on the bubbles (~5 min.) so the water can mix and the heating activates. After a few minutes, turn the bubbles off.
• Keep the cover closed and wait for the water to heat up. You can see the temperature on the display next to the jacuzzi – if the fan is running, everything is fine and the water is heating.
• The maximum water temperature is about 41°C – it will not rise above this and may only decrease. If the water was not mixed and the heating was not activated, the temperature shown on the display may be inaccurate.
• When the water is warm, use the jacuzzi. When not in use, try to keep the cover closed, as opening it causes the water to cool down faster.
• Modes: Massage (JET) – quieter, water cools down more slowly (recommended); Bubbles (AIR) – noisier, water cools down faster (use briefly).
• In cooler weather, we recommend using sauna hats – you can find them on the second floor.
• If you have any difficulties with the controls, please contact us.

Sauna

• Finnish-style sauna, designed for dry heating – if you decide to use water, please pour it sparingly.
• We recommend placing a towel underneath you. Towels are provided on the second floor.
• If you use aromatic infusions, please open the infusion containers when leaving so the scents can dissipate.
• The fan is intended for use in the sauna only – it helps distribute heat and enhance the heating effect. Do not use it near the barbecue area.

Prices may vary during the summer season.

A reservation fee applies and is treated as a security deposit. The deposit is refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay, provided no damage has been caused.

Please make the payment before arrival or upon arrival (in cash or by bank transfer). If paying by bank transfer, please send payment confirmation, as payments are not immediately visible in the system.
